The $71-million-dollar City of Norco and Riverside County Transportation Department project started in December 2020 and is expected to be completed in late summer 2024. The new Berwin Hanna Bridge on Hamner Avenue over the Santa Ana River will be 1,200 feet long and features structural, seismic, and hydraulic state-of-the-art design.
